A new series of Ad Hoc Report Writer templates has been developed to provide a consistent, efficient and accurate set of reports to aid in COVID-19 reporting. The templates have been designed for reporting within the client organization, as well as responding to the federal request for reporting to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The COVID-19 templates provide:

State Department of Health (DOH) Reporting for COVID-19
