Michael Simpson is a seasoned healthcare industry veteran and has more than 35 years of international and domestic experience. Since 2017, Michael has been (and remains) president of CliniSys Group, also a Roper Technology company. Prior to his role at CliniSys, Michael was an executive at Amazon, in the Health Research Lab, 1492. He was also CEO and Founder of Caradigm, a population health company and has worked for organizations such as GE, McKesson, Novell, and Philips.

Jonathan is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, from the products we design to the way we deploy and support them. Jonathan brings more than 20 years of experience in large-scale and high-volume systems implementations. Previously, Jonathan was vice president of MedAssets’ implementation services team. Jonathan has also held leadership positions in systems design and implementation management at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) and PRG-Schultz.

Andy oversees Sunquest’s accounting, tax, financial planning, quality and commercial operations. He brings more than 20 years of leadership experience to Sunquest, most recently as chief financial officer at GE Healthcare’s software division, where he led all commercial finance activities for their North America business. Andy is a certified public accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Paul brings more than 25 years of experience in health information technology. Prior to joining Sunquest, Paul was the chief product and marketing officer at StayWell Health Management, leading the organization’s technology refresh. Paul has also served in product, marketing and executive leadership roles at MedAssets, Sage Healthcare, and MedQuist. Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Michigan Technological University.

Tamera heads the People Operations team and leads strategic human resources including talent management, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, compensation, learning and development, and talent acquisition. Tamera bring more than 25 years of experience at large multi-state healthcare organizations including Banner Health, PeaceHealth and OHSU. Tamera earned a master’s degree from Louisiana State University, and holds a bachelor’s degree from Portland State University. Tamera is a certified OD facilitator and earned certifications as a Senior Human Resources Leader. Tamera is currently researching leadership topics for her PhD in industrial and organizational psychology.

Anthony brings 20 years of healthcare experience in global technology leadership, implementation, and service operations, and has been instrumental in bringing innovative medical devices and solutions to market with quality, meeting customer expectations. He held several executive leadership roles at GE Healthcare where he had experience with Radiology and Cardiology Healthcare IT products along with experience in core diagnostics imaging modalities. Anthony holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Southern University in Baton Rouge, and a master’s degree in business from University of Colorado.

Michelle’s passion for healthcare, with specific focus on the laboratory, started with her first job as a specimen courier. Now, as an industry veteran with more than 30 years’ experience, her passion is fueled by providing healthcare organizations with practical and strategic methods in which they can utilize enterprise laboratory solutions to support the success of their organization – and drive towards better patient care. Prior to joining Sunquest, Michelle held strategic marketing leadership positions at healthcare technology organizations that focused on LIS, RIS, PACS and Orders/Results Management solutions, including Atlas Development and Aspyra (formerly CCA).
