Each client is assigned a Service Executive who serves as the primary point of contact for any question, concern, and corporate communication. The Service Executive provides services and information for all of our products and issues that cross multiple service departments.
The Service Executive provides added value in our client relationships:
- Provide an overall system view to permit coordination, focus, and clarity in complicated support situations.
- Provide routine proactive communication.
- Interface continuously with client site personnel and our operational teams to facilitate swift issue resolution and timely communication of pertinent information.
- Manage major support projects and events.
- Ensure that relevant client information is communicated and made available in a timely fashion.
- Involvement in site visits, regional, and annual user group meetings
