The Sunquest Implementation Services team is responsible for the training and installation of our products – we don’t outsource it. We proactively track all aspects of the IT system installation and training process. With implementation staff in many locations, we can readily respond to client needs.
To ensure that your facility receives the top notch support during the installation and training process, the implementation team provides four levels of support:
Project Managers: The Project Manager works cooperatively to ensure that the client and vendor organizations are working toward the mutual goal of successful implementation on-time and on-budget. Currently all of our Project Managers have achieved certification of PMP (Project Management Professional) by the Project Management Institute.
Implementation Consultants: Our healthcare IT consultants have the technical and product expertise necessary to successfully complete the project. They coordinate the details of the installation process and conduct the training sessions. They lend their expertise in the building and customization of your database.
Implementation Specialists: To assist with complex technical issues, Sunquest’s healthcare IT technical specialists provide support in areas such as interfacing, instruments, reporting, and technology.
