| Thomson Reuters released its fourth annual study identifying the top U.S. health systems based on balanced system-wide clinical performance. The Top Health Systems study is based on data from more than 300 organizations in the United States. Thomson Reuters only identified the top 15 hospital systems that have achieved superior clinical outcomes based on a total score of eight measures of quality, patient perception of care and efficiency.

| Sunquest Information Systems announced today that Sunquest Physician Portal™ version 5.1 is 2011/2012 compliant and was certified as an EHR Module on April 13, 2011 by the Certification Commission for Health Information Technology (CCHIT®), an ONC-ATCB, in accordance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. The 2011/2012 criteria support the Stage 1 meaningful use measures required to qualify eligible providers and hospitals for funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
