Tucson, AZ, August 18, 2008 –  Sunquest Information Systems, Inc., a market leader in laboratory information systems, today announced that David M. Post has joined the company as vice president of strategic programs.  David has been in the healthcare and technology industries for over 13 years, with extensive experience in strategy, business development, consulting, and distribution.  He will be responsible for the identification and execution of organic and inorganic emerging business opportunities in support of the company’s revenue growth and global market expansion.

Most recently serving as vice president of distribution in the emerging markets segment of Cigna Healthcare, David has also held strategy positions in emerging markets and medical management.

Prior to Cigna, David worked in business development and product marketing at Kintana Software, now a business unit of HP, and also held consulting positions with both Accenture and Keane, focusing on the public sector and healthcare verticals respectively.  He received a Master of Business Administration from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Seton Hall University.
