Richard Atkin – President and CEO

Richard Atkin is President and CEO of Sunquest Information Systems. Richard is also President of American Interfaith Camps, Inc a charitable organization that promotes interfaith dialogue and understanding. Richard is a director and officer of the Digital Pathology Association. Richard’s career has spanned numerous industry leadership roles including President and CEO of Datex-Ohmeda Inc, now part of GE Healthcare, CEO of Spacelabs Medical and as a former Commissioner for CCHIT. Richard earned a BSc in physics and material sciences from the University of Wales and a MBA from the University of London, Imperial College Business School.

As Sunquest’s CFO and Vice President of Finance, Kathy is the principal architect of the company’s strategies for delivering sustainable, profitable growth. Kathy joined the Sunquest organization in 2004 bringing more than 20 years of financial experience with high-technology companies such as Comshare, Inc., a publicly traded company, where she served as CFO and sat on the company’s board of directors. She has been affiliated with other technology and healthcare companies including Consolidated Healthcare, Inc. and Pharmavene, Inc. Kathy earned a MBA and BBA from the University of Michigan.

Lisa Cutts – Vice President Sales - North America

Lisa Cutts began her career at Sunquest Information Systems in 1990 as a product developer. She later transitioned to sales where her rich background of product knowledge was strategically employed. Lisa grew in the sales organization both in her roles and responsibilities. She built a winning sales process using her vast product knowledge, keen analysis skills, and sales strategy acumen. Lisa was named Vice President of North American sales in July 2007.Inspired by her new role, Lisa has assembled a growing team of healthcare sales consultants who strive to achieve aggressive order intake goals year after year. Lisa graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors in Mathematical Computer Engineering from St. Louis University.

David Allcock - Vice President International Sales & General Manager, International Operations

David Allcock joined Sunquest in 2007 and is responsible for sales outside of North America. His responsibilities include formulating and executing strategy for international business development and building on the Sunquest customer base in the UK, Nordic countries, and the Middle East. The recent acquisition of Anglia Healthcare Ltd in 2008 enabled Sunquest to build on the innovative ICE products, and increased customer base in UK, further increasing Sunquest’s investment outside North America. Prior to joining Sunquest, David spent 25 years building and running international operations for Comshare, Geac, and Infor - all global enterprise software companies. David graduated from Oxford University, UK with an honors degree in Physics.

| Rob Smalling - Senior Vice President Customer Operations |

Rob joined Sunquest in 2002 and brings 20 years of healthcare experience in various roles covering Operations, Sales, Human Resources and Organization and People Development. Rob and his services and support team are responsible for driving the Customer Operations strategy for Sunquest's global customer base. Prior to joining Sunquest Rob spent 13 years with GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals. Rob earned his degreee in Communications from William Paterson University.

As Vice President of Marketing, Kelly brings over 15 years of industry experience to the Sunquest team. Under her leadership, the Sunquest Marketing organization is focused on creating a premium customer experience built on brand leadership, targeted messaging, and a strong global market presence in the healthcare IT industry. Before joining Sunquest in 2008, Kelly served as Senior Vice President of Marketing with Eclipsys Corporation where her responsibilities included developing and executing global marketing plans for the enterprise healthcare IT company. She holds a BS with Cum Laude honors from State University of New York – Stony Brook.

| Bhaskar AV - Vice President Product Development and Sunquest India |

With experience managing product development and software services Organizations, Bhaskar joined Sunquest in 2004 and coordinates all product development activities across our three development centers in Tucson, Bangalore and Norwich. In his previous assignment, he was the Founder Promoter of Questech, an Internet Solutions company. Bhaskar also set up and managed the offshore software development activities for Apple Computer in India. He was one of the first members to join the engineering division of IBM in India. As part of his assignment, he has worked with IBM in the U.S, Australia, Singapore and Indonesia. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications from P.S.G. Tech, and an MS in Computer Engineering from Michigan Technological University.

David Wilson helps define and steer new development for the Sunquest ICE™ solution set, delivers global strategy and oversees the coordination of inter-relationships between the Company’s products. David first became involved in emerging information technologies nearly 40 years ago and his early work on mainframes led him to a career in systems analysis. He founded Anglia Consultants in 1988 which later became Anglia Healthcare Systems, Ltd. Anglia became a Sunquest company in 2008.

Quality is a vital component of Sunquest's value proposition. Bringing over 20 years of experience in leading quality management, corporate certification, and auditing efforts in the U.S. and Europe, Patrice joined Sunquest in 2009 to assume responsibility for the company’s quality, regulatory, continuous improvement programs and Project Management Office. Before joining Sunquest, Patrice served as Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs at AMICAS, Inc.; prior to that he implemented client-centric quality systems and lean Project Management policies as a senior consultant to large corporations. Patrice holds a Masters of Sciences, Ecole Nationale Superieure des Telecommunications, Brest, France with a concentration in software engineering management, methodology and quality. Patrice also holds multiple certifications from the American Society for Quality.

As Sunquest's Vice President of Human Resources, Teresa's responsibilities include driving talent acquisition efforts, employee developement, engagement programs, and strategic organizational planning for Sunquest's global operations. Teresa possesses over twenty years of LIS industry experience, sixteen of which have been within the Sunquest organization. Her years of service at Sunquest include roles such as Director of Customer Operations and Director of Human Resources.
