Richard Atkin – President

Richard Atkin is the President of Sunquest Information Systems. Richard is also the President of American Interfaith Camps, Inc., a charitable organization that promotes interfaith dialogue and understanding. Richard’s career has spanned numerous industry leadership roles including President and CEO of Datex-Ohmeda Inc., now part of GE Healthcare; CEO of Spacelabs Medical; and as a former Commissioner for CCHIT. Richard earned a BS in physics and material sciences from the University of Wales and an MBA from the University of London, Imperial College Business School.

As Sunquest’s CFO and Vice President of Finance, Kathy is the principal architect of the company’s strategies for delivering sustainable, profitable growth. Kathy joined the Sunquest organization in 2004 bringing more than 20 years of financial experience with high-technology companies such as Comshare, Inc., a publicly traded company, where she served as CFO and sat on the company’s board of directors. She has been affiliated with other technology and healthcare companies including Consolidated Healthcare, Inc. and Pharmavene, Inc. Kathy earned a MBA and BBA from the University of Michigan.

Lisa Conley is Vice President of North American Sales and Global Marketing of Sunquest Information Systems. At Sunquest she is responsible for all sales and marketing activity. Lisa is an accomplished, results-driven leader with over 20 years experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Sunquest in 2012, Lisa held a number of leadership positions at McKesson in their Laboratory business. Lisa is a certified Medical Technologist (ASCP), and has over 10 years experience in the hospital and reference lab business.

Having joined Sunquest in 2004 and as the Chief Technology Officer, Bhaskar heads the Innovation Center of Excellence at Sunquest that encompasses the Product Strategy, Product Development and the Program office functions situated at Tucson, Bangalore, Norwich and remote locations. In his previous assignment, he was the Founder Promoter of Questech, an Internet Solutions company. Bhaskar also set up and managed the offshore software development activities for Apple Computer in India. He was one of the first members to join the engineering division of IBM in India. As part of his assignment, he has worked with IBM in the U.S, Australia, Singapore and Indonesia. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications from P.S.G. Tech, and an MS in Computer Engineering from Michigan Technological University.

| Chris Callahan – Vice President Product Management |

Charged with defining the world-wide product strategy and development roadmap, Chris joined Sunquest in 2010. His extensive career of successfully leading cross-functional teams within the healthcare industry includes formerly serving as Vice President of Strategy & Product Management for Quadramed Corporation in Reston, VA. Prior to that, his career included positions as Director, Organizational Change for Misys Healthcare Systems; Business Development Manager for Cerner Corporation; and with the professional services software company Maximus. A graduate of Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Political Science, Chris also holds a Master of Management Degree from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern.

Bringing over 20 years of experience in leading quality management, client support management, corporate certification, and auditing efforts in the U.S., Europe and Asia, Patrice joined Sunquest in 2009 to assume responsibility for the company’s quality, regulatory, client experience support and continuous improvement programs. Before joining Sunquest, Patrice served as Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs at AMICAS, Inc. (now Merge Healthcare); prior to that he implemented client-centric quality systems, to include client support organizations and lean Project Management policies as a senior consultant to large corporations. Patrice holds a Masters of Sciences, Ecole Nationale Superieure des Telecommunications, Brest, France with a concentration in software engineering management, methodology and quality. Patrice also holds multiple certifications from the American Society for Quality.

Lisa Cutts began her career at Sunquest Information Systems in 1990 as a product developer. She later transitioned to sales where her rich background of product knowledge was strategically employed. Lisa grew in the sales organization both in her roles and responsibilities. As former Vice President of North American sales, Lisa has done a great job of leading the sales organization and implementing process, infrastructure, training and analytics to drive significant order intake growth. Lisa was named Vice President of Solution Adoption, January 2012. Lisa graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors in Mathematical Computer Engineering from St. Louis University.

As Sunquest's Vice President of Human Resources, Teresa's responsibilities include driving talent acquisition efforts, employee development, engagement programs, and strategic organizational planning for Sunquest's global operations. Teresa possesses over twenty years of LIS industry experience, sixteen of which have been within the Sunquest organization. Her years of service at Sunquest include roles such as Director of Customer Operations and Director of Human Resources.

Since joining Sunquest in 2008 as In-house counsel, Tom has played a pivotal role in new product launch and client partnerships that helped Sunquest reposition itself as a market leader at the cutting edge of Diagnostic IT. Tom’s new role as Strategic Programs Director leverages his passion for building businesses that develop innovative products and services designed to spur progress and positive transformation in the world. He is focusing his efforts on opening, and then monitoring, and improving important strategic doors of opportunity that deliver measurable results for an amazing list of clients who rely on Sunquest, the shareholders who have a vested interest in Sunquest, and the dedicated team members and their families with whom he has been blessed to work with.
