Founded to provide a forum for the users of Sunquest products, the User Group provides a unique forum for Users. It allows Users to network with each other, and with Sunquest executives and staff in order to exchange ideas, recommend enhancements and receive education on products and the industry.
The User Group is an independent corporation governed by a Board of Directors. To facilitate its mission to educate Users and to encourage participation, the User Group is organized into RUGs (Regional User Groups) and SIGs (Special Interest Groups).
- RUGs represent groups of users that are in the same geographic areas. They meet two to three times a year to further the User Group mission.
- SIGs focus on sharing experiences about modules or topics with fellow users, and provide feedback to Sunquest about future enhancements and functional needs. They meet three to four times a year.
Sunquest clients are eligible for membership in the User Group with the payment of annual dues. Membership benefits include a variety of User Group mailings, and participation in a number of Special Interest Groups that help drive product enhancements.
The next Annual Meeting is planned for the week of August 11-15, 2008 in Tucson, Arizona. More details will follow soon to User Group members.
