Richard Atkin – President and CEO

Richard Atkin is President and CEO of Sunquest Information Systems, where he leads the overall strategy, customer relationships and operational performance of the business, with direct responsibility for product development, sales, service and support. Before joining Sunquest, Mr. Atkin’s career spanned leadership roles in a number of global technology businesses, including five years as President and CEO of Massachusetts-based Datex-Ohmeda Inc., focused on anesthesia, life support and monitoring technology; and two years as CEO of Washington-based Spacelabs Medical, focused on acute care and emergency department solutions. Mr. Atkin has also served on the boards of several technology organizations and is currently a Commissioner for CCHIT. He earned his BS degree in physics and material sciences from the University of Wales, and an MBA degree from the University of London's Imperial College Business School.

Kathy Jehle joined Sunquest Information Systems in 2004 as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance. Ms. Jehle has more than 20 years of financial experience with high-technology companies.In addition to Finance and Commercial Operations, she has responsibility for the quality and regulatory affairs organization, which oversees the internal quality audit processes, ISO registrations, and 510(k) applications. Ms. Jehle has held the position of Chief Financial Officer at other technology and healthcare related companies, including Comshare, Inc., Consolidated Healthcare, Inc. and Pharmavene, Inc. Ms. Jehle has a MBA and BBA from the University of Michigan.

Mike Snow has an extensive background and considerable expertise in technology strategy, business development and the delivery of high quality products that support large scale, high volume, 24x7 business operations. Mr. Snow has more than 25 years of experience, including 15 years of senior management leadership in a variety of IT business environments, including EDS, Hogan Systems (now owned by Computer Sciences Corporation), Quantra Corporation, and Carreker Corporation. Mr. Snow received his Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma State University.

Lisa Cutts has 23 years of healthcare information systems experience, spanning product development and sales. Since joining the Company 17 years ago, Ms. Cutts has held various positions of increasing responsibility, with the last eight years in sales leadership roles.  Her current responsibilities include site leadership for the Tucson Center of Excellence facility. Ms. Cutts received her Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, in Mathematical Computer Engineering from St. Louis University.

Rob Smalling leads Customer Support, OPD, and drives the Human Resources strategy for 700+ employees. Previously, Mr. Smalling served as Vice President of Human Resources for Misys Healthcare Systems, and spent 13 years with Glaxo SmithKline Pharmaceuticals, where he held various roles of increasing responsibility. Mr. Smalling earned his degree in Communications from William Paterson University in Wayne, NJ.
